Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will include your tracking number. Shipping time varies, depending upon the UPS shipping schedule.

**Subscribe at anytime and you will receive the current season’s box, if available. Your box will ship within 3-5 business days. Depending on when you subscribe, that season’s box may or may not be available. If the current season’s box is sold out when you subscribe, you will receive the next season’s box.**

Yes. Your seasonal subscription will auto-renew quarterly. Your annual subscription will auto-renew one year from the month you signed up.

When you subscribe, you will be charged for your first box and then either quarterly or annually.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Log into your account and click cancel my subscription. For annual subscribers, we are unable to refund or cancel active annual subscriptions. You will continue to receive your subscription boxes until the end of your subscription period.

Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date.

All Authentic Christian purchases, both subscription and shop products are nonrefundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. We feel confident you will appreciate the items, that we have curated.
